This 1964 Gibson ES335 is a wonderful playing and sounding guitar The guitar has had some minor changes in the past. In 1969 the original owner installed a Bigsby and Grover tuners. Original tuners are back on the guitar now, as is the original stop tailpiece. The original ABR-1 bridge was moved 1/8th of an inch in order to achieve proper intonation. Many of these guitars shipped from factory with the bridge installed in a location that does not allow for proper intonation, particularly with modern light gauge strings. It is now set up to intonate perfectly.
The Bigsby is included in the sale.
All hardware, pickups, all plastic parts, pots, etc. are original. All factory solder joints remain untouched.
